What is the opportunity?

To provide expertise and input for Central Funding Group new projects and initiatives and to advise on and facilitate various processes for existing Central Funding Group businesses.

What will you do?
  • Providing input and implementation assistance where required for any Central Funding Group project, new business or initiative
  • Facilitating documentation for any Central Funding Group trading desk globally
  • Facilitating KYC for Central Funding Group products, tracking outstanding KYC completions and assisting with yearly refresh
  • Proactively identify operational risks/ control deficiencies in the business
  • Review and comply with Firm Policies applicable to your business activities
  • Escalate operational risk loss events, control deficiencies and risks that you identify to your line manager and the relevant risk and control functions on a timely basis
  • Facilitating appropriate filings for US Treasury Clearing with FICC and tracking completion
  • Tracking US Treasury Clearing documentation and status


What do you need to succeed?

Required:
  • Understanding of securities finance and derivative transactions
  • In depth knowledge of derivatives and securities finance documentation


Technical:
  • Knowledge of securities finance trading systems
  • Understanding of risk management, credit and approval processes
  • Thorough understanding of bank structure, bank subsidiary structure, trading products and trading businesses
  • Solid understanding of financial markets


Behavioral:
  • Ability to balance competing work demands under tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication and decision-making skills.
  • Works with diverse personalities.
  • Needs a high level of organizational skills


Preferred:
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Extensive experience working in a financial environment Ability to analyze risk
  • Good communication skills
