Full Job Description
What You'll Do:

Product & Platform Support
  • Partner with the Product Manager, Content Management to support the ongoing evolution of content management platforms and related business capabilities.
  • Gather, document, and refine business requirements from stakeholders across multiple functions.
  • Support product roadmap initiatives through discovery, testing, validation, implementation planning, and release activities.
  • Analyze user feedback, business needs, and operational challenges to identify opportunities for platform improvement.
  • Assist in prioritizing enhancements, resolving platform gaps, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead assigned initiatives and workstreams from discovery through implementation, coordinating stakeholders and driving progress with limited oversight.
  • Coordinate with business, technology, and vendor teams to support successful delivery of platform enhancements.

Platform Operations & Governance
  • Support the administration and governance of Adobe Workfront and AEM Assets, including workflows, metadata, user access, content lifecycle processes, dashboards, custom forms, and platform standards.
  • Monitor platform usage, adoption trends, operational issues, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Coordinate issue triage and resolution activities with technology teams and external partners.
  • Help establish and maintain platform best practices, governance standards, and operating procedures.
  • Support quality assurance, testing, and release validation activities for new platform capabilities.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve content operations, asset management processes, metadata quality, and workflow efficiency across the content ecosystem.

Stakeholder Engagement
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Marketing, Creative, Content, eCommerce, Technology, and other business teams.
  • Facilitate discussions to understand business challenges and translate them into platform requirements or process improvements.
  • Lead conversations with stakeholders of varying technical backgrounds, helping drive alignment and informed decision-making.
  • Influence outcomes through expertise, collaboration, and trusted partnerships rather than formal authority.
  • Work with stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization, including business users, subject matter experts, technology teams, vendors, and leadership.

Adoption & Change Enablement
  • Support onboarding and enablement activities for new users and teams.
  • Coordinate training, documentation, communications, and adoption activities associated with new platform capabilities.
  • Partner with change management and business teams to support successful adoption of new processes and functionality.
  • Contribute to user guides, best practices, FAQs, and other support materials.

What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, product operations, platform administration, business process improvement, project delivery, or similar cross-functional roles supporting business and technology initiatives.
  • Experience working with enterprise business platforms and supporting cross-functional stakeholder groups.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes and drive progress without direct authority.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, establish direction when requirements are incomplete, and move initiatives forward with moderate guidance.
  • Ability to operate independently and proactively seek answers, clarity, and alignment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to understand complex business processes and think in systems, including how workflows, data, integrations, and users interact across platforms.
  • Experience balancing operational responsibilities while contributing to larger strategic initiatives.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with moderate direction while maintaining focus on broader business objectives and delivery commitments.
  • Experience with Adobe Workfront is an asset.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Assets or other Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms is an asset.
  • Product management or product operations experience is an asset.
  • Experience supporting enterprise SaaS platforms and platform governance is an asset.
  • Familiarity with workflow automation, integrations, or content supply chain concepts is an asset.
  • Experience supporting organizational change, adoption, or platform transformation initiatives is an asset.

Broadband Salary Range: $64,000 - $106,000.
Our typical hiring range is between $64,000 and $90,000. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements. For critical roles, the compensation offering will be reviewed to ensure alignment with market rate and conditions and the unique value you bring to the role.
