Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in management consulting, asset management marketing, sales operations, or a related field
• Ability to understand a client's existing content structure and use-cases to guide implementation
• Extensive experience with organization methodologies for large volumes of content
• Critical thinking, analysis, troubleshooting, and problem solving expertise
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for relationship management
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Basic knowledge of data systems and structures

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to help them understand Quadient Inspire software and implementation best practices
• Consult with clients to develop solutions using Inspire's Content Management System
• Review and analyze client content to determine organizational methodologies
• Identify and present solutions for business and content-related problems
• Lead creation of dynamic document templates for clients
• Create documents and artifact templates for clients
• Collaborate with offshore and onshore teams to ensure deliverable completion
• Provide ongoing support for existing clients according to SLAs
• Assist with on-site and virtual training for clients as necessary
