Role description

We are seeking an experienced AIML Lead to drive the design development deployment and scaling of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions across enterprise applications The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Machine Learning Generative AI MLOps and Cloud based AI platforms along with proven experience leading technical teams and delivering business focused AI solutions

Key Responsibilities

Lead end to end AIML solution development from problem definition to production deployment

Design develop and optimize Machine Learning Deep Learning and Generative AI models

Build scalable AI applications utilizing LLMs RAG architectures Vector Databases and Agentic AI frameworks

Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI driven solutions

Drive AI architecture decisions model selection feature engineering and performance optimization

Establish MLOps practices for model deployment monitoring retraining and governance

Mentor AIML engineers data scientists and junior team members

Ensure adherence to Responsible AI model governance privacy and security standards

Lead technical discussions client engagements estimations and solution proposals

Stay current with emerging AI technologies and recommend innovation opportunities
