Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Dynatrace Platform Administrator with strong expertise in Dynatrace platform management administration monitoring automation and production support The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Dynatrace environments maintaining platform stability performing upgrades supporting observability initiatives and driving automation and continuous improvements
Mandatory Skills- 7 years of IT experience with 4 years of handson Dynatrace administration experience
- Strong expertise in Dynatrace Managed andor Dynatrace SaaS platforms
- Handson experience managing Dynatrace Tenants Clusters ActiveGates and OneAgents
- Strong knowledge of Application Performance Monitoring APM and Infrastructure Monitoring
- Experience performing Dynatrace platform upgrades and maintenance activities
- Experience deploying and managing OneAgents on Linux and Windows servers
- Strong troubleshooting skills related to application infrastructure and platform performance
- Handson experience with Dynatrace REST APIs and integrations
- Experience supporting production environments with oncall responsibilities
- Knowledge of monitoring best practices incident management and operational support processes
- Experience with enterprise ing and observability solutions
Preferred Skills- Experience with AWS Azure or Google Cloud Platform
- Kubernetes and Docker monitoring experience
- Knowledge of OpenTelemetry and observability frameworks
- Experience integrating Dynatrace with ServiceNow Splunk PagerDuty Jira or similar platforms
- Handson scripting experience with Python Shell Script or PowerShell
- Familiarity with DevOps CICD Infrastructure as Code and Site Reliability Engineering SRE practices
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred
