Associate Operations Specialist, Residential Energy Efficiency Programs
Location: Remote - Oklahoma / Mid Central Region Preferred


Come join our team as an Associate Operations Specialist supporting commercial energy efficiency programs in Oklahoma. You will work as part of ICF's Commercial and Industrial energy efficiency team ensuring that the evaluation, implementation, and verification of utility sponsored energy efficiency projects are successfully executed.

The Associate Operations Specialist plays crucial role in supporting the efficient and effective management of energy and environmental programs and projects. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvements, sharing best practices, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and conducting thorough analyses of program operations.

What you will be doing:
  • Work as part of the energy efficiency team ensuring that the evaluation, implementation, and verification of utility-sponsored energy efficiency projects are successfully executed.
  • Develop and share best practices across the team and organization.
  • Collaborate with IT, Marketing, and Customer Care teams.
  • Conduct analyses to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage key deliverables such as reporting, forecasting, client invoices and key performance indicators (KPI).
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage client-facing presentations.
  • Assist with processing incoming project applications and technical review.
  • Review project application forms and submittals to ensure compliance with program policies and procedures.
  • Assign project applications for further processing and review per program policies and procedures.
  • Assist with customer and contractor inquiries.
  • Coordinate quality control follow-up on project inspections and customer surveys as appropriate.


What we need you to have (minimum qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree (or applicants can substitute one year of related experience for one year of education)
  • 1+ year(s) professional experience in administration, operational support, data analysis, energy and/or related experience
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening


What we would like you to have (preferred qualifications):
  • Knowledge of the utility market (specifically energy efficiency, demand response, and distributed energy resource programs and markets).
  • Experience reviewing blueprints, floor plans and other documentation related to building equipment specifications
  • Experience with Power BI (or similar data visualization tool).
  • Experience with advanced Microsoft data software such as SharePoint Lists and Power Automate.
  • Experience with data management, invoicing and reporting.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.

The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:
$61,232.00 - $104,094.00
