About the RoleProvide fund administration services to domestic and offshore hedge fund and private equity fund clients. These services include processing of investor subscriptions and redemptions, performing anti-money laundering and due diligence checks on investors, reporting to investors and clients, and handling investor communications and inquiries. Career level professionals leading small, moderately complex projects or working on complex tasks that require a high degree of judgement, resourcefulness, and self-initiative. Demonstrate specialized expertise to evaluate wide-ranging and complex issues and develop creative solutions. Recommend new procedures.
How You Will Make an Impact - Perform day-to-day supervision of incoming inquiries and reoccurring deliverables. Act as point of contact for clients and internal groups.
- Review/validate investor reporting and distribute to investors.
- Process investor static data updates and access to the investor portal requests.
- Review/approve and release wires and maintain wire instructions.
- Reconcile incoming and outgoing bank activities of the Fund related to investor transactions.
- Review/process investor transactions in accordance with the Fund's offering documents.
- Ensure investors KYC is valid at the time of onboarding and refreshed as required per US/Cayman regulations.
- Respond and resolve inquiries/issues raised by investors, fund managers or internal counterparts.
- Work with external and internal teams to complete audit confirmations, due diligence requests, etc.
- Attend and contribute to operational, client and regulatory meetings in order to maintain and improve client service.
- Participate in the internal database and application developments and testing as warranted.
Required Experience - Bachelor's degree with minimum 3 years' related experience
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office product suite, specifically Excel
- Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering and KYC procedures is a plus.
- Overtime may be required to meet Client and Department deliverables
- Effective communication skills oral, written and active listening
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work in a demanding environment and adjust to multiple demands; shifting priorities; ambiguity and rapid change.
- Work in local office 6-days per month

- Experience in Hedge/Private Equity Fund administration and/or Investor/Shareholder services
- Experience in the financial services is a plus.

Actual base salary will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, prior experience, education, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
New York: The expected base salary for the position is between $60,000 USD to $130,000 USD.
In addition, employees in this role may be eligible for consideration on an annual basis for a discretionary bonus and/or equity awards, such as restricted stock units or stock options, based upon individual and business performance at the company's discretion.
