Associate - Leasing

We are looking for
  • The ideal candidate will a minimum 3 years leasing experience from in-house practice or private law firm and solid drafting skills.
  • The candidate will be expected to complete document preparation, analysis of files as they enter the firm, contract drafting and review and some independent negotiation.
  • This will be a client facing, role and the successful candidate must be ready to run routine leasing matters with minimal oversight and work with limited supervision on more complex matters, as appropriate for the level of experience of the candidate.
  • The candidate must be a team player with strong analytical, personal, oral and written communication skills.


This position is open in our Ottawa and Toronto offices.
