Shift: Monday - Friday, Day Shift Job Location Type: In Person

The Associate IT Project Manager supports the planning, coordination, and execution of technology initiatives across the organization. This role assists project managers and technology leaders with project tracking, meeting coordination, status reporting, documentation, risk tracking, and stakeholder communication. The Associate IT Project Manager is expected to be highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn while helping ensure projects remain on schedule and action items are completed.

What to expect.

  • Assist with planning, organizing, and tracking technology projects
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, document meeting notes, and distribute action items
  • Follow up with team members and stakeholders to ensure assigned tasks are completed
  • Maintain project plans, project documentation, issue logs, risk logs, and status reports
  • Monitor project milestones and notify project leaders when deadlines may be at risk
  • Coordinate communication between IT teams, business departments, vendors, and project stakeholders
  • Assist with testing coordination, training activities, and implementation planning
  • Prepare project dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership review
  • Support project intake and governance processes
  • Escalate unresolved issues, risks, or roadblocks to project leadership
  • Identify opportunities to improve project organization, communication, and efficiency
  • Take ownership of assigned project tasks and follow them through to completion
  • Support multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors, including but not limited to, years and level of related experience. The pay range for this position is between $67,999.78 to $108,576.83.

What we need from you.

  • Associate's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or related field required. Bachelor's degree in fields listed above preferred. In lieu of education, two years of professional experience will be accepted.
  • Years and Type of Experience Preferred: Internship, project coordination, administrative, operational, healthcare, or technology experience is preferred.
  • Skills Required:
    • Exposure to project management principles or tools
    • Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills
    • Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar platforms
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
    • Knowledge of project management methodologies and practices
