Job SummaryThe Associate forms a viable part of the Introba team and is responsible for managing his/her respective projects for the company. The Associate provides technical support and management resources essential to Introba for design decision-making and team management accountability.
Responsibilities & QualificationsDuties and Responsibilities:- Works with the Team Lead to control and coordinate business development, sales/marketing, team targets, team personnel, technical design and related activities
- Develops, establishes, and administers procedures and systems pertaining to team management matters
- Prepares work load, sales forecasts and team resources/schedule for administrative and managerial functions and serves as the principal liaison with selected clients or major projects
- Upholds and maintains Introba design standards and will be responsible for engineering, specifications, documentation, standardization, quality assurance, cost and value analysis and the broader aspects of electrical building services.
- Expectation to manage project construction administration services on assigned projects, including but not limited to managing site meetings, site reviews, shop drawings, RFI's and progress claims.
Skills and Qualifications:- Minimum 10 years of North American electrical building design experience
- Professional Engineer or AScT is considered an asset.
- Project Management experience
- Electrical contracting experience is considered an asset.
- Knowledgeable in Passive House, LEED, Net Zero Carbon, and ASHRAE 90.1.
