Summary:We are seeking an Associate Director, Worldwide Pricing Analytics to lead strategic analytics and reporting that support global pricing strategy and execution across international markets. This role plays a critical part in informing pricing decisions, product launch planning, and business forecasting by translating complex data into actionable business insights.
The Associate Director will partner closely with stakeholders across Global Pricing, Market Access, Finance, Commercial, and regional organizations to deliver analyses that support pricing strategy, portfolio management, and business planning activities. The successful candidate will combine strong analytical capabilities with business acumen and communication skills to influence decision-making and drive business outcomes.
This position is part of the Global Pricing Operations & Analytics organization and reports to the Director, Worldwide Pricing Analytics.
Responsibilities:- Lead strategic pricing analytics across the global portfolio to support pricing, market access, product launch, and business decisions.
- Lead the global pricing budget process, coordinating the collection, validation, and analysis of pricing assumptions from international markets.
- Conduct international pricing analyses to assess pricing opportunities, potential risks, and cross-market implications.
- Translate complex data and analytical findings into clear business insights and recommendations for senior leadership.
- Develop and enhance reporting, dashboards, and analytical capabilities that improve the quality, consistency, and accessibility of pricing information.
- Partner with regional and local stakeholders to support pricing strategy, market access planning, and business decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging data, analytics, automation, and emerging technologies to increase efficiency and business impact.
- Support global pricing governance activities and contribute to strategic pricing decisions across international markets.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, pricing dynamics, and industry developments to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree required. Advanced degree (MBA, MS, MPH, or equivalent) preferred. Degree concentration in Finance, Economics, Business, Statistics, Data Analytics, Life Sciences, or a related analytical discipline preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Finance, financial planning and analysis, pricing, market access, business analytics, consulting, or another quantitative business discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience working with large and complex datasets.
- Demonstrated ability to connect data and market dynamics to financial and business implications.
- Advanced Excel and quantitative analysis skills; experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex analyses and recommendations to senior leaders.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Interest in leveraging AI and advanced analytics to support business decision-making.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical pricing, market access, commercial analytics, or healthcare markets is preferred but not required.
- International business experience is a plus.

Compensation Overview:Princeton - NJ - US: $157,030 - $190,282
The starting pay range(s) listed above is for full-time employees (FTE). You may also be eligible for additional discretionary incentive cash and stock opportunities. We determine starting pay thoughtfully - carefully considering the nature of the role, required skills, work location, schedule and the knowledge and experience you bring. Final compensation is guided by pay equity principles and applicable employment laws. Compensation programs are reviewed on an ongoing basis and may be adjusted over time to reflect evolving market factors, and individual, team or Company performance.
