Full Job Description
Your Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Associate Director of Marketing to join our US Fertility Marketing Team. This role will primarily develop and execute healthcare professional (HCP) marketing strategies for the fertility portfolio products and for the potential launch product in the fertility business. This individual will lead agency partners and cross-functional teams (marketing, medical affairs, regulatory, data/analytics, digital, and sales) to deliver compelling HCP-focused marketing programs and media strategies and ensure successful pull-thru of these programs in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define product strategy and lifecycle plans for both new launch products and existing Fertility portfolio offerings.
  • Lead agency partnerships to develop launch materials, product communications, and ongoing HCP marketing assets with scientific accuracy and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and execute media strategies targeting HCP audiences (medical journals, congress activities, digital media, owned channels) to drive reach, engagement, and adoption.
  • Translate clinical data and market insights into differentiated product value propositions, messaging, and positioning for HCPs and practice workflows.
  • Manage the product backlog and prioritize features, campaigns, and media tactics; write user stories and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Coordinate cross-functional launch plans and ongoing marketing programs with medical affairs, market access, digital, and sales enablement.
  • Define and monitor product KPIs (adoption, usage, engagement, physician feedback, payer/reimbursement impact, media reach/recall) and drive data-informed optimization.
  • Ensure regulatory/compliance adherence for all promotional and medical communications and maintain ethical standards.
  • Influence portfolio prioritization, resource allocation, and media investments based on market feedback, competitive intelligence, and stakeholder input.
  • Manage budgets, vendor/agency engagements, and timelines; oversee contract deliverables and performance.
  • Support the preparation of internal and external presentations, ensuring messaging is clear and aligned with brand objectives.


Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, PharmD, MD, or equivalent) preferred.
  • 5+ years in product management, marketing, or related roles within healthcare/biotech/pharma
  • Role requires up to 30% travel


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven experience with launching HCP-facing products and managing portfolio products, leading cross-functional initiatives and external agencies; no direct reports required.
  • Strong project, portfolio, and vendor management skills; ability to align diverse teams toward common goals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into actionable roadmaps and media plans.
  • Knowledge of regulatory/compliance frameworks affecting medical communications, digital marketing, and medical publishing.
  • Experience developing and executing media strategies for HCP audiences (digital, print, events) is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with marketing tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate openly and share information to foster trust while encouraging constructive debate, making informed decisions, and ensuring shared commitment to outcomes.
  • Demonstrated willingness to take risks and stand up for what is right while prioritizing the needs and experiences of customers and patients in all decisions.

Pay Range for this position: $139,400 - 209,200
The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
