This role leads digital transformation and AI adoption across Macquarie Asset Management's Real Estate investment platform, contributing to strategies that enhance data management, digital workflows, and investment processes. Work spans identifying high-impact problems, shaping product direction, and guiding the development of AI-enabled capabilities that support commercial outcomes.

Close collaboration with investment teams, platform executives, and technology partners ensures alignment on priorities, clarity in decision-making, and progress across complex cro ss-functional efforts. Through coaching and partnership with analysts, engineers, data specialists, and designers, the role fosters strong execution discipli ne and supports delivery across ambiguous and evolving environments.

The role translates strategy into actionable roadmaps, establishes governance mechanisms that guide focus across the portfolio, and ensures new products meet compliance, security, and financial requirements. Attention to adoption and change management helps embed digital solutions that scale effectively across the platform and generate sustained impact.

While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many of our roles, this role does require 3 days a week in our advertised location.

Salary range for this position: $270,000 - $290,000 per year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
