ROLE SUMMARY
Zydus Therapeutics is seeking a Associate Director, Professional Marketing to assist in the development and execution of professional marketing initiatives that support all aspects of personal promotion for our lead drug candidate, saroglitazar.
The Associate Director, Professional Marketing will serve as the key driver for several initiatives that are key to flawless execution of our marketing strategy in the field.
This position reports to the Senior Director, Professional Marketing.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Development of Promotional Resources for HCPs
• HCP Campaign Support: Advance the development of key derivative promotional materials for the field sales team to support the launch of saroglitazar.
• Materials management: Lead print production process for all promotional pieces
• Support all promotional regulatory approvals: Point for successful execution of key promotional pieces through the promotional approval process.
Development of Speaker Bureau and Peer to Peer Education Initiatives
• Speaker Bureau: Key partner of Thought Leader Liaison team to help with the training and management of the national speaker bureau.
• Peer to Peer Programs: Partner closely with field leadership and logistics agency to execute peer to peer programs in accordance with all legal and compliance guidance.
Sales/Marketing Coordination
• Field Communications: Partner with Sales VP to develop all marketing communications to Field teams, securing necessary approvals.
• Sales/Marketing Council: Execute monthly meetings - lead agenda development, and follow up with teams
• Marketing Point for all sales meetings: Serve as point for coordination of all marketing content for Sales meetings.
• Marketing Point for all Congresses: Partner with congress agency on successful execution all congress promotional booths.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner closely with Field Sales, TLLs, Market Access, Business Insights & Operations, Medical, and Patient Services across the patient ecosystem
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree (MBA) preferred
• A minimum of 3-5 years of commercial pharmaceutical experience
• Rare disease, specialty hepatology/gastroenterology launch experience is highly preferred
• Field Sales and Training experience is highly preferred.
• Comfortable working in a lean, fast-paced, pre-launch environment; a self-starter who excels at taking initiative within an established strategic framework
• Collaborative and action-oriented, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority
• Robust analytical skills to conduct both qualitative and quantitative assessments
• Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
• A genuine passion for improving the quality of life for those patients facing rare liver diseases
•TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
The position will require domestic travel (up to 25%)
Work Environment
This is a hybrid position based in our Princeton-area office.
Salary Description
$180,000 - $200,000
