The Associate Director, Product Solution & Delivery leads and develops a team of Product Owners supporting business-critical platforms across Valeris. This role ensures business needs are translated into scalable, high-quality product solutions that advance operational, sales, and customer objectives. The Associate Director champions Agile practices (Scrum and Kanban), driving continuous improvement, efficiency, and value delivery across teams.
This role partners closely with executive leadership, Technology, Sales, Operations, and other key stakeholders to align product strategy and delivery with organizational priorities. The Associate Director serves as a critical connector between Valeris' IT strategy and successful product execution. This position reports to the VP, Product Solutions.
Key objectives are including but not limited to the following:
- Manage Product Owners and other roles which include but is not limited to performance reviews, contractor management, and approving time off.
- Guide and direct Product Owners to prioritize work items in a way that aligns with the company objectives, business needs, while keeping usability at the forefront.
- Steer teams toward maintaining an agile mindset in their everyday decisions and work.
- Define, own and share the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmaps across assigned products.
- Serve as the point of contact for contracting and managed service partners that align with the assigned products.

Product Strategy & Delivery- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmaps across assigned products and platforms
- Ensure complex business needs are translated into scalable, reusable solutions
- Balance short-term delivery priorities with long-term sustainability and scalability
- Oversee end-to-end product delivery to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality
Agile Practices- Guide teams to maintain an Agile mindset in day-to-day decisions and planning
- Support Product Owners in backlog prioritization, dependency management, and value delivery
- Promote effective use of Scrum and Kanban frameworks to streamline processes and improve flow
Stakeholder &Vendor Management- Serve as a primary point of contact for managed service and vendor partners aligned to assigned products
- Build strong partnerships with Technology, Operations, Sales, and executive stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate risks, blockers, and capacity constraints across the product portfolio
Experience & Skills for Success- 5+ years in Product Ownership, Product Management, or a related product leadership role
- Strong background in Agile product delivery and roadmap planning
- Experience with Scrum and Kanban frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex business needs into practical product solutions
- Proven communication skills with executive-level stakeholders
- Experience working closely with technical, operational, and client-facing teams
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, SharePoint, and ServiceNow preferred
- Experience with Salesforce-based products preferred but not required
