  • Partner closely with Product Managers to translate strategic goals into actionable user stories, epics, and feature requirements.
  • Run agile ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with engineering, architecture, data, AI, and business teams to deliver high-quality platform solutions.
  • Validate completed functionality, coordinate user acceptance testing, and ensure delivered capabilities meet business needs.
  • Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and delivery blockers across multiple teams and initiatives.
  • Work with stakeholders across business domains to understand requirements and drive alignment.
  • Help establish success metrics and monitor product performance, adoption, and business outcomes.
  • Maintain product documentation, process flows, release notes, and knowledge assets to support transparency and scalability.
  • Drive effective communication across business and technology stakeholders, ensuring shared understanding of priorities, timelines, and outcomes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen our product management and delivery practices

You May be a Good Fit if:

  • Familiarity with Agile principles and experience working in Agile teams (JIRA experience is a plus)
  • You have strong communication skills, enjoy collaboration and can effectively engage both technical and business audiences
  • You have exposure to AI-enabled products, data platforms, or technology-driven solutions.
  • You have a Bachelor's degree

What Would Make You Stand Out:
  • Ability to translate strategic vision into tangible outcomes
  • Customer-centric mindset
  • Knowledge of Fitch systems
  • Demonstrated initiative and continuous learning

Why Choose Fitch:
