Overview

We're looking for an Associate Director, Growth to serve as a senior leader within our Growth organization-someone who brings strong strategic judgment, narrative leadership, and confidence operating in high stakes, fast- -moving environments.

This role partners closely with agency leadership and cross functional teams to shape how Digitas Health shows up across new business and organic growth opportunities. You'll- guide opportunity assessment, define strategic direction, and elevate the quality and clarity of our storytelling-ensuring every pursuit reflects our strengths, ambition, and point of view.

Responsibilities

Lead Growth Strategy & Opportunity Assessment
  • Lead evaluation of new business and organic growth opportunities, including go/no-go decisions, resourcing, and pursuit strategy
  • Oversee multiple concurrent opportunities, balancing speed, rigor, and quality under pressure
  • Partner with senior leadership to align opportunity strategy with agency priorities and capabilities

Shape Narrative & Strategic Direction
  • Guide the strategic direction of pitches and growth initiatives from intake through delivery
  • Shape the overall narrative, positioning, and engagement approach-ensuring clarity, relevance, and differentiation
  • Pressure test thinking, story flow, and strategic logic to elevate the quality of wor-k

Partner Across the Agency
  • Work closely with account, strategy, creative, media, data, and medical teams to drive integrated, high impact- outcomes
  • Serve as a confident, trusted voice in senior internal and external conversations
  • Reinforce core growth and new business processes, ensuring teams understand expectations, timelines, and deliverables

Support Organic Growth & Brand Health
  • Contribute to organic growth efforts across existing client relationships
  • Support Brand Health and broader growth structures that strengthen how the agency pursues and wins business over time

Lead with Presence & Perspective
  • Bring calm, steady leadership to complex, high stakes- moments
  • Influence without ego-commanding yet collaborative in style
  • Help set the standard for strategic excellence and Growth culture across the agency

Qualifications

  • Significant experience leading growth, new business, or strategic pursuits within an advertising agency, healthcare agency, or integrated marketing environment
  • Proven ability to shape pitch strategy, narrative, and positioning at a senior level
  • Strong understanding of integrated agency capabilities and how they come together to solve client business challenges
  • Confident presence in senior -level discussions; trusted judgment under pressure
  • Highly strategic problem solver with a collaborative, practical approach
  • Experience navigating ambiguity and complexity while driving clear outcomes

Compensation Range: USD $97,375.00 - USD $155,961.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. This role may also be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
