Full Job Description

The Associate Director, Global Commercial & Pipeline Strategy - Radiopharmaceutical Therapy will be a key member of the Rayze Commercial team and responsible for driving the strategic direction and commercial success of the RPT portfolio. This role will focus on maximizing asset value, shaping franchise growth, and ensuring strategic alignment across functions and geographies. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong strategic thinking, cross-functional leadership, and deep oncology market expertise. This role will be based in Princeton - New Jersey.

Job Responsibilities

  • Analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities

  • Support launch readiness and lifecycle management for pipeline and in-market assets, including scenario planning and risk mitigation

  • Collaborate with Portfolio Strategy & Operations, Market Foresight, and Project Management teams to ensure operational excellence and cross-tumor alignment

  • Prepare and present business cases, strategic recommendations, and performance updates to senior leadership

  • Evaluate the commercial potential of our pipeline assets and new targets of interest, including target product profiles, market opportunity, access landscape, and revenue forecasts

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, industry experts, and potential customers to gather insights and support for the product launch and development

  • Monitor and report on commercialization progress, including key performance indicators and market feedback, to inform strategic adjustments

  • Apply AI to improve team execution and decision‑making

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required, Advanced degree in business, life sciences, or related field (MBA, PhD, PharmD preferred)

  • 7+ years of experience in oncology commercial strategy, marketing, consulting or related roles within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders in a matrixed global environment

  • Deep understanding of the oncology market landscape, including solid tumors and RPT

  • Strong analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills

  • Experience with asset launches, lifecycle management, and business development is preferred.

Compensation Overview:

Princeton - NJ - US: $172,668 - $209,233

The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee27s work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.

  • Phoenix, AZ, Puerto Rico and Rayzebio Exempt, Non-Exempt, Hourly Employees: 160 hours annual paid vacation for new hires with manager approval, 11 national holidays, and 3 optional holidays

Based on eligibility*, additional time off for employees may include unlimited paid sick time, up to 2 paid volunteer days per year, summer hours flexibility, leaves of absence for medical, personal, parental, caregiver, bereavement, and military needs and an annual Global Shutdown between Christmas and New Years Day.

All global employees full and part-time who are actively employed at and paid directly by BMS at the end of the calendar year are eligible to take advantage of the Global Shutdown.
