UBS Business Solutions US LLC is seeking an Associate Director, Engineer in Weehawken, NJ.

Are you an innovative thinker? Are you focused on the details, even when under pressure? Do you enjoy delivering enhanced change capabilities across a range of business functions?

We're looking for an Associate Director, Engineer to:
• Design and execute test strategies, plans, and scripts, ensuring completion of critical initiatives and testing engagements. Gather non-functional requirements and identify performance and resilience testing objectives for the applications under test in the digital and client onboarding stream.
• Document and review the performance and resiliency test plan and strategy to derive current application SLA's and review them as part of non-functional requirements session with product teams.
• Perform browser level performance testing and analysis. Create performance test automated scripts, workload models and execute performance tests. Track and communicate performance and resilience task progress, status, and key performance metrics.
• Report defects found in testing diligently, promptly, and accurately, using standard defect tracking tools.
• Can work hybrid (In-office/remote).

Your skills and experience

Education & Experience Requirement:
• This position requires a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Applied Computer Science, Engineering, or related field of study plus six (6) years of experience in the job offered or as a Quality Assurance Software Engineer, Software Engineer, Performance Architect, or related occupation.

Position requires experience with the following:
• LoadRunner 12.x; JMeter; K6; Performance Center; AppDynamics; Dynatrace
• Azure insight; Grafana
• Azure Dev Cloud; Agile methodology
• Scrum methodology; (integrating non-functional scripts; SDLC
• script creation and execution; performance and resiliency test plan and strategy

Salary information

The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
• United States - New Jersey - Weehawken min USD 148000 - max USD 173000 /annum

The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
