  • Partner with Alliance leaders to activate alliance capabilities, support co-sell motions and connect consulting growth priorities to opportunity creation and conversion.
  • Lead, coach and align the Consulting and Alliances marketing team members by setting the culture, reinforcing accountability, building capability and embedding high-performing team behaviours that enable stronger collaboration across Brand, Digital, PR, Industry Marketing, Business Development and Partner Enablement.
  • Advance broad marketing transformation and function maturity by embedding AI, automation, reusable ways of working, repeatable processes, operating discipline and performance measurement to improve effectiveness, investment decisions and commercial impact.

  • Experience setting team culture, building capability, reinforcing accountability and embedding high-performing behaviours in a matrixed organization.
  • Strong understanding of how data, AI, automation and emerging technologies can support marketing transformation, function maturity, commercial decision making and client engagement.

Ideally, you will also have
