The Associate Director, Technology Solutions acts as a liaison and collaborates with the business and functional stakeholders to identify and deliver strategic enablement solutions. Decisions are typically related to identifying and resolving complex technical and operational problems within department(s), and could lead multiple managers or highly specialized professional associates.
Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership, software engineering, or related technical disciplines.
- Strong understanding of business operations, technology platforms, communications, and process management.
- 5+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing software development teams.
- Proven track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives, evaluating existing systems, and implementing process enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Hands-on experience designing and delivering AI-powered solutions, including transforming traditional workflows into AI-driven processes and agent-based automation.
- Strong knowledge of business transformation and digital transformation strategies, with the ability to align technology initiatives to organizational objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and navigate complex organizational structures, collaborate across departments, and lead effectively within large, matrixed environments.
- Experience developing and executing strategic programs and technology roadmaps that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Proven success managing and mentoring diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and full software development life cycle (SDLC) practices.
- Experience leading large-scale technology implementations, enterprise-wide adoption initiatives, and organizational change management efforts.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and optimize operational performance.
- Ability to lead initiatives from concept through implementation, deployment, and ongoing support and maintenance.
- Passion for innovation and a commitment to continuously improving customer and consumer experiences through technology and process excellence.

- Prior experience with systems having databases and Enterprise services
- Experience working and managing teams in remote and multiple locations test teams and travel
- Health care domain knowledge
- Experience with cloud services such as Azure

Pay RangeThe compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$142,300 - $195,700 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
