THE POSITION:

We are seeking a talented and visionary Associate Creative Director, Art to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in art direction, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for visual storytelling. As an Associate Creative Director, Art, you will work closely with the Creative Director and other team members to develop and execute visually compelling concepts that align with our brand vision

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

PEOPLE LEADER:

  • Responsible for and oversee their respective department.
  • Interview, select and supervise the activities of the department staff; communicate interpret and discuss with team the company policies and procedures.
  • Determine job objectives, work methods and performance standards; review performance relative to departmental objectives discussion appraisal with each employee and performance; authorize and communicate salary changes, promotions, transfers, discipline, and discharge and administer all other personnel actions.


Qualifications

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education plus professional experience required
  • 8+ years of digital, print, traditional and trade marketing experience
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing and all that it entails: disease state and product science, therapeutic industry standards, legal restrictions and competitive markets
  • Knowledge and background in working with therapeutic clients
  • Book of strategic and beautiful work; must be highly conceptual
  • Must have a strong DTC background; tv/broadcast experience is a really nice to have
  • Management and supervisory skill set
  • Sense of humor
  • Understanding of both the creative and strategic aspects of advertising and leadership
  • Strong proficiency with Adobe Suite, specifically Figma, Sketch and Adobe XD know-how
