What will you do?

Client Discovery & Assessment
  • Conduct discovery sessions to understand technology infrastructure, document current systems and pain points, and identify business objectives and success metrics.

Strategy & Analysis
  • Develop insights into business strategies, conduct gap assessments for digital adoption opportunities, analyze reporting needs, map workflows, and present findings with clear recommendations.

Requirement Documentation & Data Analysis
  • Analyze client data, develop detailed requirement documentation, and drive improved experience and financial results.


Internal Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with implementation teams to translate requirements into delivery plans, facilitate stakeholder communication, and identify and resolve blockers.

Digital Adoption & Execution
  • Support clients through execution-oriented service delivery, translate strategy into actionable plans with clear timelines and deliverables, and guide their digital transformation journey.

Client Partnership & Relationship Management
  • Build strong consultative relationships, anticipate client needs, communicate findings professionally, and coordinate seamless execution across teams.

Feedback Collection & Continuous Improvement
  • Gather client feedback throughout engagement, compile insights from discovery and implementation phases, and circulate learnings to operations for process improvements.

Product & Solution Analysis
  • Evaluate RBC's product offerings against client needs, provide product feedback to leadership on market gaps, and communicate solution options and competitive positioning insights.


What do you need to succeed?

Must haves:
  • 5+ years in Asset Servicing or Asset Management with a proven track record creating and executing digital adoption strategies
  • Strong understanding of data requirements, including data governance, reporting, analytics, and translating business needs into actionable data solutions
  • Proven experience working directly with asset managers and C-suite stakeholders with the ability to build trusted relationships and communicate effectively across senior leadership teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities and strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with excellent client relationship building skills
  • Project management experience and consultative, solutions- oriented mindset
