• Expertise in managing care for frail or elderly populations.
• Unrestricted state medical license required.
• DEA registration with full prescriptive authority and board certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat participants, ensuring comprehensive care through interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Lead and supervise a primary care team, encompassing hiring, training, and performance management.
• Coordinate and support quality initiatives and regulatory compliance within the medical framework.
• Manage hospital admissions, specialist referrals, and emergency service use.
• Fulfill administrative duties while documenting care according to medical policies.
