Full Job Description
The Assistant Vice President of Revenue Cycle Applications will provide strategic leadership for the organization's Epic Revenue Cycle portfolio, ensuring technology investments are aligned with operational priorities and financial performance goals. The successful candidate will possess extensive expertise across Epic Revenue Cycle applications, including Resolute Hospital Billing, Resolute Professional Billing, Claims, HIM, and related modules, and serve as a trusted partner to Revenue Cycle Operations leadership. This role is responsible for establishing clear roadmaps, strengthening prioritization and governance processes, and developing a high-performing team capable of delivering impactful solutions. The AVP will champion optimization, adoption of Epic functionality, and continuous improvement initiatives that drive operational efficiency, enhance user engagement, and maximize the value of the Epic platform.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
