The OpportunityIn this role, you will support the delivery of complex capital improvement and construction projects for public and institutional clients. You'll work alongside experienced project leaders to manage budgets, schedules, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders while serving as a trusted advisor focused on project success.

How You'll Contribute- Support the management of multiple construction and capital improvement projects from planning through implementation.
- Assist clients in achieving project goals related to schedule, budget, quality, and stakeholder expectations.
- Review construction budgets, schedules, contracts, project documentation, and consultant deliverables.
- Monitor project progress through site visits, coordination meetings, and construction observations.
- Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and internal project teams to support successful project execution.
- Develop client-facing reports, presentations, budgets, schedules, and other project deliverables.
- Support procurement activities, consultant selection processes, permitting, and project approvals.
- Identify project risks, analyze issues, and develop practical recommendations and solutions.
- Perform quality control reviews to ensure deliverables are accurate, complete, and delivered on time.
- Contribute to business development, professional development, and thought leadership initiatives.
Leadership Responsibilities- Coordinate the day-to-day activities of project team members, consultants, and external partners.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to project analysts and interns assigned to project teams.
- Foster strong collaboration among project stakeholders while maintaining accountability and project momentum.
- Demonstrate ownership, initiative, and sound judgment when navigating project challenges.
What We're Looking For- Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, urban planning, real estate, economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience supporting planning, design, construction, owner's representation, program management, or related project delivery work.
- Understanding of construction processes, project controls, budgeting, scheduling, and consultant coordination.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the project region as needed.
- Demonstrated commitment to client service, collaboration, and professional growth.

You may come from:
- A general contractor, construction manager, or builder.
- An architecture or engineering firm.
- An owner's representative or project management consulting firm.

Experience with public-sector procurement, institutional capital programs, K-12 facilities, housing, community facilities, or municipal projects is highly valued.

The target base annual salary range for this role is currently $75,000-95,000. Pay scales are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors unique to each candidate, including, but not limited to, job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, candidate abilities, and pay relative to other team members.
