Investor Relations (6-8 Years Experience)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Investor Relations Representative to support our growing private equity and alternative investments platform. This role will serve as a key point of contact for investors, delivering high-quality service across the full lifecycle of fund activity, including onboarding, capital events, reporting, and ongoing relationship management.

The ideal candidate brings approximately 6-8 years of experience in investor services, fund administration, or transfer agency, with a strong understanding of private markets operations and investor expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage investor onboarding and servicing for highly complex structures, institutional investors, and strategic relationships
  • Serve as a point of contact for investor inquiries, and complex financial or operational matters
  • Manage execution of all investor lifecycle events, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation
  • Own investor data integrity across systems, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies
  • Review investor communications, notices, and reporting to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with fund performance
  • Partner closely with Investment, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and external providers on investor-facing initiatives
  • Play a role in audits, system implementation or enhancement projects
  • Identify and drive process improvements, automation, and best practices to enhance scalability and investor experience
  • Provide guidance, review, and informal mentorship to junior team members
  • Maintain exceptional service standards and represent the firm with confidence and professionalism

Qualifications
