Who we are looking forIn this customer-facing role within the Client Service organization of the Investment Services division, you will be responsible for overseeing end-of-night service performance, managing projects, and coordinating across cross-functional operations and technology teams to ensure high-quality outcomes for our clients. The role serves as a primary point of contact combining service governance, relationship oversight, and solutioning capabilities to enhance the client experience through the power of One State Street.
What you will be responsible forAs Assistant Vice President you will
- Ensure daily adherence to end-of-night SLAs and manage client communications as necessary.
- Manage client relationships and sentiment via extensive daily interaction with clients and internal counterparts.
- Maintain superior client service by acting as an advocate and proactively identifying issues which risk impact to client satisfaction.
- Work closely with internal teams and clients, facilitating communication to ensure an effective operating environment.
- Provide overall project management for client-related and internal initiatives, acting as a liaison between business units to ensure successful implementation while managing internal and external expectations.
- Begin to focus on strategic aspects of maintaining long-term relationships and helping to grow share of wallet.
- Keep senior management informed of new developments, service issues, and potential new business opportunities.

Education & Preferred Qualifications- BS/BA degree required. Must have 4-6 years of financial services experience in operational, product management, or a project oversight capacity.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present to clients and senior STT management.
Additional requirements- Experience with Canadian-domiciled products a plus.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $140,000 Annual
