POSITION TITLE: Assistant Manager - Global Marketing

BRAND: Youth to the People

PRIMARY LOCATION: El Segundo, CA

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for an Assistant Manager - Global Marketing to join our Youth To The People team in the Luxe Division of L'Oreal USA. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for supporting brand team activities around the management of existing products, holiday kits, evergreen kits, GWPs and Sampling offers, and contributing to the development of new products.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Ideate and build breakthrough concepts for category with powerful language, compelling storytelling, and visually impactful presentation decks for launches and new ideas.
  • Own project timelines end-to-end, serving as the central coordinator to ensure cross-functional alignment and timely execution from concept to launch.
  • Infuse Youth To The People's projects with its core DNA - bringing the cultural relevancy of the California-inspired lifestyle ethos of wellness, community, and sustainability across all storytelling, concepts, and activation plans.
  • Lead and manage key stakeholders across departments, driving accountability and ensuring seamless collaboration on development processes.
  • Help with all artwork and trademarks.
  • Help with Magellans.
  • Create strong activation packages with clear GTM strategy and content plans for zones.
  • Optimize portfolio by identifying key opportunities, white space, key deletes with replacement plans.
  • Responsible for communicating the global strategy and priorities to the countries on the owned projects.
  • Own global marketing timeline to ensure that all other support teams communicate necessary information in a timely fashion.
  • Interact effectively with other departments to build networks and support the product development process.
  • Provide ongoing global business analysis and competitive reviews and make necessary recommendations to cross-functional teams including forecasting, product development, and education/training. Contribute to the development of category/brand strategies while fully owning select Marketing projects.

Salary Range: 77k- 110k Base + Bonus
