Job Title Manager - Global eCommerce Content & Social Commerce (CeraVe DMI)Division: LDBLocation: Hudson YardsReports To: Director, Digital What You Will Learn:- E-com Photoshoots: own & execute all new launch eComm shoots ensuring Golden Rule PDP content is captured
- Evolve eComm Content: Looking at competitive brands on how we can continue to improve and evolve our content to meet our consumers
- Strategy: develop e-com strategies Worldwide -including Europe and Emerging Markets (SAPMENA)
- Social commerce: develop frame & content for emerging and innovative SoCom platforms, specifically TikTok Shop including PDP content & affiliate briefs based on social insights
- E-com animations (asset packs related to tentpoles & activations of these, China events, US events), transactional media content development, A&I Briefs
- Develop specific assets for e-com : tutorials, derm holding products, still life, etc.
- Assortment: e-com assortment strategy (heroes, formats, exclusive hard packs)
- Guidelines : develop the e-retail guidelines in partnership with C&C team and our artistic director + understand the needs directly with the Zones and countries > Banners, brand page, PDP, email, sms.
- Upload process : Ensure that all our assets are on opera -L'Oréal digital asset manager plateform- and well organized.
- Agency management and driving day-to-day operations
- Oversee day-to-day management of e-com assets development, timelines, deliverables, etc.
- Coordinates and builds strong relationships with cross-functional teams - marketing, medical, and countries
- Working with countries to implement e-com and e-retail assets, etc. including China
- Ability to inspire and manage a team to deliver the successful end result
What We Are Looking For:Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in communications, marketing or business
- 4 - 7 years of experience in e-commerce/e-retail/Amazon, and content creation-for a brand(s) (in-house and/or agency)
- Skincare experience and interest in fields related to health/healthcare, beauty and dermatology strongly preferred
- Self-starter able to adapt quickly to changes in priorities and multi-task multiple projects
- Able to prioritize and manage time effectively, and to balance competing demands and priorities in a very fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent problem-solving ability
- Professional and diplomatic style with a positive manner, attention to detail and a 'can do' attitude
- Excellent written skills
- Ability to write in a medical tone of voice preferred
- KPI reporting/analysis experience required
- Ability to manage multiple vendors and work with business partners on innovations
What's In It For You: - Salary Range: $98,400 - $140,200 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level).
