Job Title: AVP, Head of Demand Planning - Network of Excellence, North America

Location: Clark, NJ

What You Will Do:

The AVP, Head of Demand Planning - Network of Excellence (NoE), North America is a strategic leadership role responsible for animating, standardizing, and elevating the Demand Planning discipline across the zone. In partnership with the Global NoE, this role will drive a complete review of the current forecasting process, in order to implement an advanced IBP process, leveraging the latest in AI technologies, to drive a stronger and seamless collaboration with the business, and deliver better forecast accuracy results and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Global Network of Excellence to define and continuously evolve how Demand Planning is conducted across the zone - encompassing process design, tooling, and organizational structure.
  • In partnership with Global teams, design and roll out an advanced IBP process, to ensure better synchronization between the supply chain,marketingand commercial functions. Assess latest technologies to support the IBP process and deliver better accuracy
  • Ensure adherence to Demand Planning standards and governance through structured yearly assessments, and by activelyparticipatingin key monthly forums (e.g., validation meetings, executive S&OP meetings).
  • Proactivelymonitorbusiness performance and process execution;identifyrisks and recommend corrective actions and improvement tactics.
  • Design and maintain robust reporting mechanisms and KPIs to transparently communicate Demand Planning performance to stakeholders and leadership.Deliver monthly KPI communication to leadership and drive associated action plans to close performance gaps.
  • Lead monthly alignment meetings with divisional Demand Planning Leads to prioritize and coordinate zone-wide initiatives.
  • Facilitate monthly meetings with the LBO community to drive continuous improvement of processes, tools, andbest-practicesharing.
  • Champion capability-building across the Demand Planning community - including training, knowledge-sharing, and adoption of new tools and ways of working.


What We Are Looking For:

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA a plus.
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in Demand Planning, S&OP, or Integrated Business Planning (IBP), including experience leading or supporting an IBP implementation.
  • Demonstrated experience with supply chain planning systems (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, o9, or similar).
  • Industry experience within Beauty, Consumer Goods, or Retail strongly preferred.
  • APICS certification (CPIM/CSCP) a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to quickly synthesize insights and translate them into clear recommendations.
  • Familiarity and comfort with AI-enabled productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) and openness to leveraging emerging technologies to enhance planning processes.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority across a matrixed organization.
  • Proven track record as a deadline-driven, structured problem-solver, comfortable operating in ambiguity.
