Job Title: Assistant Director of Maritime Operations Job Category/Department: Operational Supervisor/Maritime Operations Reporting to: Deputy Director of Maritime Operations Location (In person/Hybrid/Remote): In person Position Type: Full Time/Part Time/Intern: Full Time Position Summary: The Assistant Director of Maritime Operations will be responsible but not limited to the following • Prepare, launch, and recover autonomous vehicles and surveillance equipment • Creative problem solving on location, platform assembly, troubleshooting, coordination with operations leadership team • Excellent communicator, team player, budget conscious, adapt to issues in the field, deliver on schedule, and interact with customers • Flexibility in events that require at sea deployments on short notice Role and Responsibilities: • Run a team conducting at sea operations on both small craft and large offshore supply vessels • Water operations and maintenance of support vessel and all related marine operations equipment assistance - tenders, docks and launch tools (crane/forklift) Competitive salary, comprehensive total rewards package (medical, dental, vision, 401K with employer match), and other great benefits.
