Full Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY:

The Assistant Brand Manager, Targeted Brands (Osteo Bi-Flex, Ester-C, GARD) supports end-to-end brand management by driving planning, budgeting, performance reporting, and product initiatives across three targeted brands. This role partners cross-functionally (Finance, Media, Sales, Supply Chain, Medical/Legal/Regulatory, and Insights) to execute strategies that deliver brand growth, optimize investments, and ensure alignment with broader business objectives.

This position will be either a remote or hybrid role based on the selected candidate's geographic location. Strong preference will be given to applicants who live within a commutable distance to our Corporate HQ in Bridgewater, New Jersey.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Planning
  • Support annual planning by aggregating insights to inform brand strategy
  • Partner with Brand Experience to develop marketing plans aligned to objectives
  • Collaborate with Sales/Customer Strategy to translate strategy into selling materials

Budget Management
  • Manage brand budgets, including PO tracking, mix optimization, and monthly deliverables
  • Oversee coupon execution including code submissions, forecasting, and redemption tracking

Monthly Reporting
  • Lead Monthly Business Reviews, consolidating performance data, competitive updates, and results
  • Support GPS phasing with consumption trends, insights, and program updates

Product Management
  • Facilitate packaging updates and new item requests
  • Partner with inventory team to monitor OOS issues and reduce write-offs
  • Collaborate with Medical/Legal/Regulatory to maintain and approve claims


REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years in a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree, with MBA preferred
  • Branded CPG experience, nice to have!
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Word)
  • Experience with Circana and SAP or similar enterprise systems, strongly preferred
  • Travel up to 10%

The approximate pay range for this position is $105,000- $135,000 base. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
