Key Responsibilities- Direct and supervise asset monitoring activities to ensure efficient and reliable operation of company assets.
- Develop and implement strategies and procedures for continuous monitoring of equipment, facilities, and systems.
- Oversee and coordinate deployment of remote monitoring technologies, sensors, and asset management systems.
- Analyze monitoring data to identify trends, patterns, and deviations in asset performance; initiate corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to develop predictive and preventive maintenance plans based on monitoring insights.
- Coordinate periodic inspections of assets for compliance with operational and regulatory standards.
- Manage follow-up on maintenance recommendations resulting from asset monitoring and ensure timely execution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date asset records, including maintenance, repairs, calibrations, and replacements.
- Prepare and deliver asset performance reports to senior management, highlighting results, trends, and strategic recommendations.
- Carry out any other duties inherent to the position as assigned.
Education & Certifications- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Asset Management, or a related field required.
- Advanced education or certification in asset management or predictive maintenance is an advantage.
- Training in remote monitoring systems or data analytics is preferred.
Experience & Technical Skills- 6+ years of relevant experience in asset management, maintenance, or asset monitoring.
- Proven track record leading performance improvement and asset optimization initiatives.
- Solid knowledge of asset management and maintenance principles.
- Familiarity with remote monitoring technologies, sensors, and asset management systems.
- Skilled in data analysis and performance reporting.
