Broadridge is hiring! We are seeking an Implementation Analyst

responsible for requirements gathering, implementation of the SentryPM solution, configuration of its modules, and conducting client training. He/she will have a background and interest in investment management and/or loan loans processing and will have a good understanding and curiosity for back-office terminology and operational requirements particularly for private credit funds, loans, and bank debt.

Asset Management helps drive business transformation for our clients, including asset managers, with solutions for enriching engagement, navigating risk, optimizing efficiency, and growing revenue. Our integrated, front-to-back solutions translate data into actionable insights and streamline the investment life cycle.

Our asset management solutions are front, middle, and back-office solutions such as order management, data warehousing, reporting, reference data management, risk management and portfolio accounting for hedge funds, family offices, investment managers and the providers that service this space including prime brokers, hedge fund administrators and custodians. To further differentiate our offering, we have integrated our business process outsourcing expertise with our investment management solutions to offer a set of managed services to asset management firms.

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for managing the implementation of SentryPM (Order Management, Portfolio Management, Direct Lending, Data Warehouse and Reporting) on behalf of clients.

  • You will be part of a team responsible for end-to-end project delivery, requirements gathering, defining scope, crafting and executing a project plan, identifying risks and dependencies, and aligning internal and client expectations throughout the life cycle of the project.

  • Conducting and managing client on-site meetings, workflow, and technical trainings. You will document client-specific customizations and assist with training the internal Support team on client-specific workflows.

  • Potentially lead multiple projects simultaneously while meeting the expected budget and deadlines.

  • Provide clients with consulting advice based upon technological considerations and industry best practices.

  • Effectively and expertly working with various internal teams on client projects and company-wide initiatives.

Qualification

  • Desire to be part of a dynamic financial services environment specializing in asset management, primarily fixed income and related products.

  • Software implementation experience is a plus.

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

  • Education or implementation experience in loan processing, portfolio management, loan agenting, or multi-asset class trading environments is a plus.

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.

  • Experience with JIRA, Salesforce, and SQL, including writing queries to pull and analyze data, is a plus.

  • Experience incorporating AI-driven tools or solutions to improve onboarding processes and drive efficiency is a plus.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while working under pressure and meeting competing deadlines.

  • Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-growing team environment, with the ability to be self-sufficient and maintain a can-do attitude.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Self-motivated, driven, and adaptable to change in a dynamic environment.

  • BS/BA in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $90,000 - $95,000.
