We are seeking an AI-focused Associate to help evaluate and implement automation across the business, beginning with our RFQ (Request for Quotation) and quoting process. This is a build-and-ship role with real operational impact.
What You'll Do- Map and analyze our current RFQ-to-quote workflow
- Identify repetitive and automatable tasks
- Design and prototype AI tools to:
- Parse RFQ documents
- Extract specifications
- Suggest BOM components
- Auto-populate cost models
- Assist in proposal drafting
- Evaluate build vs. buy AI solutions
- Develop ROI analysis and implementation roadmap
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in AI, Computer Science, or Data Science
- Experience with LLMs, APIs, and document parsing
- Interest in applying AI to real-world industrial problems
