The Area Vice President is responsible for leading the Area's business performance, including sales and client relationships, project execution, financial results, leadership development, risk management, and overall profitability. This role works closely with the Director of Construction, who supports and leads construction operations, field execution, project delivery, and operational performance within the Area.

  • Participate in key client meetings, interviews, presentations, and strategic pursuits where Area leadership involvement is needed.
  • Help evaluate new opportunities, clients, markets, and project types to ensure alignment with company goals and Area capabilities.

Operational Oversight
  • Provide overall leadership and accountability for operational performance within the Area.
  • Work closely with the Director of Construction to ensure projects are planned, staffed, and executed in alignment with company standards.
