We're particularly keen on meeting people based in Florida (Miami, Orlando and Fort Lauderdale).

What we'll offer:
  • Competitive base salary ($90,000 to $95,000) and OTE ($125,000+)
  • Comprehensive health benefits
  • Retirement savings plan with company contributions
  • Generous paid time off allowance and birthday day off
  • Flexible remote working schedules
  • Parental leave and family-supportive policies
  • Charity or volunteering time off
  • Group-wide travel discounts

What you'll do:
  • Own and actively manage a dynamic sales pipeline, while continuously unlocking new business opportunities
  • Identify, engage, and win new agency partners across retail consortia and wholesale channels
  • Bring the sales strategy to life, executing the playbook to drive conversion and accelerate revenue growth
  • Transform underperforming accounts into high-value, long-term partnerships
  • Inspire and educate partners through compelling product training, both in-person and virtually
  • Represent Quark Expeditions at key industry events, building brand visibility and generating demand
  • Manage and optimise commercial activity, including promotions, special offers, and account terms
  • Use Salesforce and Power BI insights to track performance, refine strategy, and maximise results
  • Partner closely with internal teams to respond to leads and deliver a seamless, high-quality partner experience

What you'll bring:
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets in senior sales and business development roles
  • Strong new business generation and conversion capability
  • Passion for promoting premium travel experiences and educating partners
  • Ability to build, grow, and retain strategic partner relationships
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, effectively articulating value propositions to diverse audiences
  • Deep understanding of retail and wholesale travel distribution, with strong prospecting capability
  • Commercially astute, with strong customer insight and ability to enhance the guest experience
  • Self-driven and highly organised, able to manage territory, travel, and priorities independently
  • Results-oriented, proactive, and resilient, with a strong sense of ownership
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) to manage pipeline and performance (preferred)
  • Flexibility to travel (up to 50%) of the time to partners, territories and trade events

We know that no one candidate will meet every requirement. If you're excited about the role and believe you could make an impact, we encourage you to apply!

We believe people perform best when they can be their true selves and diverse teams drive better results. We're committed to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment where everyone can succeed.
