Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience in Revenue Management for Hospitality or a similar industry
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written, verbal communication, and time management skills
• Preferred experience in the local market
• Knowledge of multiple languages is advantageous
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Maximize room revenue using pricing strategies and inventory management
• Review daily rooms revenue statistics and Stellex Yield Management parameters
• Create detailed spreadsheets for room revenue data
• Collaborate with sales and management on strategies and trends
• Conduct monthly Revenue Manager meetings
• Help coordinate operations duties related to Stellex and LANmark
• Analyze hotel market segment mix to optimize business opportunities
• Participate in property forecasting and annual budget preparation
• Review Central Reservations for quality control and opportunities
• Assist in budgeting for hotel reservation costs
• Build relationships with local Revenue/Reservation Managers to share market ideas
• Develop tools for more effective Yield Management
