This resource will lead the technical investigation and implement end-to-end application traceability.
Required skills and experience:
Deep Java application performance engineering experience
Strong WebSphere and WebLogic diagnostic skills
JVM profiling, garbage collection analysis, heap dumps and thread dumps
Application-level structured logging and correlation ID implementation
Distributed tracing across applications, APIs and downstream dependencies
Hands-on experience with Datadog, New Relic, or similar APM tools
Oracle performance diagnostics, including SQL execution plans, AWR and ASH
JDBC connection pools, application thread pools and session management
API latency, timeout, retry and dependency failure analysis
Browser-to-backend transaction tracing
Real User Monitoring and frontend error analysis
Network, proxy, load balancer and TLS troubleshooting
Experience tracing transactions across legacy or partially instrumented platforms
