Apptio TBMS Developer JOB SUMMARY We are seeking an experienced Apptio TBM Studio (TBMS) Developer to design, implement, and maintain Technology Business Management (TBM) solutions. This role focuses on building cost transparency models, allocation logic, and financial reporting within the Apptio TBM Studio environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Apptio TBMS, data modeling, and IT financial management, and will partner closely with finance, IT, and TBM offices to deliver actionable insights into IT spend and cost drivers. Documentation & Governance Required Qualifications Core TBMS Skills Hands-on experience with: Apptio TBM Studio (TBMS) Strong understanding of: TBM taxonomy, Cost allocation methodologies, Financial modeling within Apptio, Intercompany charge backs and recoveries Technical Skills Strong data analysis and modeling capabilities Proficiency in: Advanced Excel, SQL for data validation and querying Understanding of: ETL processes, Data transformation techniques Strong understanding of: IT Financial Management (ITFM), Budgeting and forecasting processes, Cost structures across IT services, Variance analysis, Benchmarking, Vendor Insights, Cloud cost management Familiarity with FinOPS frameworks (Focus) Preferred Qualifications Apptio (TBM / TBMS) certification Experience in TBM Office or ITFM teams Exposure to cloud cost management (AWS, Azure, FinOps) ITIL Foundation certification Experience in large enterprises (BFSI, telecom, technology)
