- Communicate structured updates across squads, and write clear incident notes, runbooks, and validation summaries.
- Propose and help build targeted automations and workflow improvements (monitoring tweaks, ticket templates, validation scripts) that reduce repetitive, manual work.
- Own integration validation for new partners and products, troubleshoot discrepancies during UAT, and partner with Integrations and Engineering teams to unblock launches.
- Use strong SQL and log analytics/APM tooling to debug DSP/SSP and tag/pixel workflows, and validate REST and OpenRTB API payloads.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a solutions, technical support, or operations role, ideally within AdTech or a related industry.
- Strong SQL skills (joins, window functions) and experience with log analytics/APM tooling (e.g., Grafana, Kibana, Datadog).

- Experience validating REST APIs and troubleshooting tag/pixel implementations.
- Ability to read code and write small scripts or queries to support analysis and debugging.
