- Period of Performance: 1 Base Year + 4 Option Years
- Salary Range: $120,000 - $250,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, certifications, security clearance, and contract funding. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Location - On-site in Northern Virginia
Responsibilities- Develops, tests, implements, and maintains web and database applications across the full software development life cycle.
- Translates user requirements into end-to-end application/database designs with multiple interfaces.
- Programs in project-relevant languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, J2EE, JSP, HTML, XML, Spring, Hibernate, CSS, JavaScript, Apache Tomcat, Git).
- Troubleshoots and resolves defects; documents requirements, procedures, and reports; communicates technical protocols and processes to technical and non-technical stakeholders; plans work, sets goals, and monitors progress to delivery.
Education and Experience- Entry Level: 0-2 years of specialized experience
- Journeyman: 2-4 years of specialized experience
- Full Performance: 4-6 years of specialized experience
- Senior Level: 6-8 years of specialized experience
- Subject Matter Expert (SME): 8-12 years of specialized experience
Desired Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related scientific or technical discipline.
- Relevant certifications in programming and development, cloud and infrastructure, architecture and design, or other related networking, cybersecurity, or technology disciplines.
Security Clearance- Active TS/SCI with an FS Poly adjudicated within the last five (5) years
