About The Job You're Considering
We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Developer with strong experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and the Microsoft .NET ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in C#/.NET development, excellent troubleshooting capabilities, and the ability to independently design, develop, and implement scalable solutions while adhering to industry best practices.
Your Role
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET Framework/.NET Core and C#.
- Build and enhance conversational AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Develop and implement solutions leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and related technologies.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues across multiple environments.
Your Skills and Experience
- 5 plus years development experience in C# and .NET/.NET Core
- Experience building solutions using Copilot Studio, Power Apps, and Power Automate
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and own deliverables end-to-end
- Capable of making sound technical, architectural, and coding design decisions based on best practices
- Experience with APIs, integrations, and enterprise application development is a plus
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Preferred:
- Azure and DevOps experience
- Familiarity with AI-powered and automation solutions
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $68,911 - $161,544

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
