You will collaborate closely with our Enterprise clients to understand their unique goals and challenges, develop customized ASO and App Store Acquisition strategies (such as Apple Search Ads), and support them through the execution phase. This role requires deep ASO knowledge, a strong understanding of User Acquisition strategies, hands-on experience with Apple Ads, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong client relationships.
Your Responsibilities:- Develop your ASO expertise and keep your knowledge up to date regarding new app stores (Apple App Store and Google Play Store) and mobile growth trends.
- Create ASO Audits, conduct keyword optimizations and build recommendations to increase the visibility and app installs of our Enterprise clients' apps.
- Use your analytical skills to provide expert advice and data-driven recommendations to generate growth opportunities for our Enterprise clients.
- Present your analysis and recommendations to your clients, and provide diligent support to answer any questions they could have regarding ASO and app marketing.
- Establish trusted expert relationships with customers and assess their requirements to proactively resolve problems based on your knowledge of ASO.
- Promote, discuss, research and deliver ASO/Growth Managed Services to Enterprise customers in a timely manner according to customer needs and priorities.
- Collaborate with Account Managers on your accounts to strategize and identify areas for upsells/cross-sells within your customer portfolio.
- Collaborate with our Head of ASO to highlight potential areas of improvement in our ASO Consultancy services.
- Collaborate with the product team to provide customer feedback on new product features and enhancements.
- Contribute to the creation of ASO-related content such as blog posts and videos to popularize the understanding of ASO for our clients and leads.
- Collaborate with our VP of Consulting Services to highlight and develop potential areas of opportunity in our UA Consultancy services.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, Sales or any relevant field.
- 2-3 years of Mobile UA or ASO experience, ideally including hands-on experience with Apple Ads (Apple Search Ads).
- Experience with AppTweak or a similar ASO/App Store marketing platform is a strong plus.
- Agency or client management experience is a plus.
- Extremely proactive character, eager to learn and grow in an extremely fast-paced environment, while maintaining a resilient attitude.
- Analytical mindset: Proficiency with Excel, proven track record working with complex data, and the ability to extrapolate insights, translate them into clear recommendations, and put together data-oriented analyses (such as impact analyses and business reviews) to showcase findings to clients.
- Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills: strong presentation skills, with experience presenting findings, analyses, and business reviews to clients or key stakeholders; the ability to build meaningful, trustworthy relationships through transparent communication and defend results.
- Team player and over-communicator: Proven track record of proactively sharing and asking for feedback, seeking to add to the cultural and skill values of a growing team.
- Highly organized: You understand the importance and challenges of timely project deliveries and perform well under pressure.
- Curious and creative: You are familiar with core mobile marketing terminology and want to expand your knowledge in mobile app growth.
- Rigorous and methodical: You know how to take steps to solve problems when dealing with new situations.
- Proficient in Google Slides, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Claude, and similar tools.
