Work you'll do/Responsibilities

• As a Backend API developer, you'll be developing new functionality top enhance the performance of specialist referrals.

Qualifications

Required

• Java/Go/Rust, REST, GraphQL, Oauth, Git
• 3+ years of software engineering experience, including significant API/service development experience.
• Proven technical leadership (tech lead for a squad/service area; design ownership; mentoring).
• Strong knowledge of API design principles and patterns (REST maturity, versioning, contracts).
• Experience with at least one mainstream backend stack (e.g., Java/Spring, .NET, Node.js, Python) and microservices architecture.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
