The ideal candidate is a pre-2020 law school graduate with at least 5 years of small molecule pharmaceutical product experience, including preparing and prosecuting patent applications, and assisting in or drafting opinions. Candidates must have a chemistry undergraduate degree, and a PhD in organic chemistry is strongly preferred.
Our associate compensation structure has two components:
- a base salary (based on an 1850 billable hour target)
- a discretionary merit bonus based on performance. Depending on the experience level of the candidate, the hiring range starts at $200k.
