MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • SECURITY CLEARANCE: A current & active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph
  • EDUCATION:
    • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience required
  • EXPERIENCE:
    • 3+ years of experience with data exploration, data cleaning, data analysis, data visualization, data mining, decision analysis or modeling and simulation.
    • 3+ years of experience with statistical and general-purpose programming languages for data analysis, such as Python or R
    • Experience developing and documenting predictive data models, quantitative analyses, and visualization of targeted data sources
    • Formal training or professional experience conducting quantitative social science, including survey design and analysis and/or field or laboratory experiments.
    • Possession of excellent detail-oriented and organizational skills
    • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Additional Qualifications / Nice to have:
  • TS/SCI clearance and CI Polygraph
  • Master's degree or Ph.D. in quantitative social science including statistics and methodological training.
  • Ability to work with non-technical audiences on technical problems in a highly collaborative and team-oriented environment, and balance long and short-term taskings
  • Ability to take poorly defined problems and convert them into questions for which practical quantitative solutions can be defined
  • Ability to exhibit flexibility, initiative, and innovation to succeed in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment and compose client deliverable quality documentation, analysis, and reports

COMPENSATION

Base salaries at CRC are determined by various factors, including work location, an individual's education, knowledge, skills, experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected salary range for this position is $75,000 to $95,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of CRC's total compensation package.
