Basic Qualifications:- 5+ yrs experience with tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination (TCPED) of GEOINT data including support to real-time and activity-based collection
- 5+ years of experience managing large multi-source data, sensemaking, assessing metrics associated with model output confidence/reliability, developing automated collection strategies, and working with data scientists
- Knowledge of traditional and developing overhead sensors and capabilities with exposure to automated collection strategies and inferencing methodologies which derive insights from temporal and spatial data sets
- Experience with multi-tasking for day-to-day operations within a program management and professional environment in several geographically separated client locations
- Experience with NSG focus areas and collection management structures, including NSG/IC collaborative tools for GEOINT collection, production, and visualization
- Ability to develop and sustain mission relationships across NGA, the IC, and DoW as well as build relationships with key NRO stakeholders to support future architecture
- Ability to help synchronize mission requirements to prevent redundancies, identify conflicts, and review priorities for tasking of traditional and non-traditional GEOINT sources
- Ability to ensure new or modified capabilities from National assets are transitioned into operations properly and to lead teams executing integration activities
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications / Nice to have: - Experience with turning intelligence capabilities and workflows into learning objectives for training audiences.
- Experience providing feedback to assist with development of training materials
- GPC-F Certification
- Experience with GEOINT Information Management Services (GIMS), reflecting knowledge of the GEOINT Community, its focus areas, and its collection management structures
- Experience with research, evaluation, and documentation of unique and non-traditional NTM sensor capabilities.
- Operational experience with vector data.

Base salaries at CRC are determined by various factors, including work location, an individual's education, knowledge, skills, experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected salary range for this position is $,100,000 to $123,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of CRC's total compensation package.
