Computershare Corporate Trust (CCT) is a division within Computershare responsible for providing trustee and sophisticated agency services for private and public companies, investment bankers, asset managers, government agencies and other financial institutions. At this level, the role assumes increased responsibility for complex analytics initiatives, working directly with business partners across multiple functional areas. The position plays a critical role in translating business needs into advanced analytical solutions and driving insights that support strategic and operational decision-making. The role requires cross-functional collaboration, engagement with senior stakeholders, and the ability to manage competing priorities across initiatives. The work often spans multiple systems, datasets, and business processes, with heightened accountability for accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance

The Analytic Consultant III is responsible for identifying business requirements and translating them into analytical solutions and recommendations. The role performs moderately complex data analysis, develops reports and visualizations, and delivers insights to improve performance, reduce costs, and enhance decision-making.

The Analytic Consultant III is responsible for leading moderately complex to complex analytical initiatives, translating business requirements into advanced analytical designs, and delivering actionable insights.

The role interprets large and diverse datasets, develops sophisticated reporting and modeling solutions, and provides recommendations that influence key business decisions. The position also provides guidance to junior analysts and contributes to the development of analytical best practices.

The position partners with stakeholders to ensure analytics solutions align with business objectives while maintaining compliance with data governance standards

Some of your key responsibilities may include:

• Responsible maintaining high-quality work in a fast-paced environment with precision and reduced error rates.
• Proactively support the management of risk, in line with the risk policy, framework and appetite.
• Deliver quality, sustainable and risk-compliant solutions that meet or exceed our customers' and employees' needs and expectations within the agreed timeline.
• Escalation and resolution of known issues to relevant person and/or team with evidence of timely problem-solving skills that meet expected timelines.
• Identify and define business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions and recommendations
• Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support client service delivery
• Ensure compliance with data governance, regulatory, and risk management policies
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business units and technology teams
• Lead the identification and translation of complex business requirements into analytical solutions
• Design and execute advanced analyses (e.g., predictive modeling, trend analysis, financial analysis)
• Interpret results and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders and leadership
• Develop and enhance reporting, dashboards, and data visualization tools
• Identify and source data across multiple internal and external systems
• Partner cross-functionally with business and technology teams to drive solutions
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to less experienced team members
• Participate in or lead small to mid-sized project initiatives

What will you bring to the role?

Bachelor's degree in quantitative discipline (e.g., statistics, mathematics, finance, economics, computer science) OR equivalent experience with 5+ years in analytics/reporting.

Compensation. The typical base pay range for this role is $86K - $120K USD. This base pay range is specific to the Minnesota location and may not be applicable to other locations.
